Print Technology Our pictures are all printed by us using Pigment Inks. Our printer is a 44 inch large format printer featuring advanced Micro Piezo print head technology and a 7-colour Pigment ink system. The Epson printer and our specialist inks produce extremely high quality digital photographic prints on all our media The prints are printed on premium quality papers with the pigment inks ensuring good lightfast prints, which when displayed correctly, should last for years to come*. A hanging and care guide is included with our prints to help you choose display conditions and advise about framing and stretching etc. Very smooth tonal gradations in colour and monochrome are also achieved with the introduction of light black, light magenta and light cyan inks. These inks work alongside the photo black, magenta, yellow and cyan inks. We only use pigment inks. Pigment inks have a supeior life span compared to dye based inks. We use three paper / canvas types for prints which work well with our pictures and produce beautiful printed results. * Lightwave Print can not guarentee longevity of the prints as display conditions will vary.
