Delivery Information

Below is information regarding delivery of our products. Please read our terms for full conditions of sale. Our items are printed to order and are not mass produced.

Prints and Rolled Canvas Products

We aim to deliver all un-framed prints and canvas prints within 3 working days of you order to the UK mainland (please note that orders after 3pm or at weekends are classed as the next working day). We notify you when your order is sent and when to expact delivery.

International orders or orders outside the UK mainland will take longer and the time depends on location. Generally we usually advise allowing up to 20 working days for international orders although certain countries will be quicker than others.


Framed Prints, Canvas Blocks and Acrylic Blocks

We aim to deliver all framed prints and framed canvas prints within 6 working days of you order to the UK mainland (please note that orders after 3pm or at weekends are classed as the next working day). We notify you when your order is sent and when to expact delivery.

International orders or orders outside the UK mainland are not available on these products.


Delivery Method

We use a combination of delivery services depending on which service will be the best for the product ordered. Large items are usually sent via Royal Mail Parcel Force on a 48 hour delivery service The delivery is tracked and requires a signature.

Prints, Rolled Canvas Prints and Acrylic Blocks are sent via Royal Mail and require a signature.

Overseas delivery's will be sent via The Royal Mail International and will require a signature on delivery. All services will post a card for collection of your item if you are not present at the delivery time. We can not specify the exact time of delivery for you on the day.


Local Tax

We are not responsible for any local tax incurred in the country to which our deliveries are sent. The local taxes (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.


Returned Items

Items returned to us for whatever reason should be sent via an appropriate delivery method. We do not refund cost of delivery for the return of your item however we will refund you the full cost of the item and the original delivery costs. You have seven days from recieving the item to notify us of your intention to return the item for a refund.
